Sienna

Sienna has chosen corporate bonds with a low risk level because itís important to her that her money will be safe until sheís ready to open her own restaurant. Because they are relatively safe, they pay a low interest rate and the expected return is low - although itís higher than her savings account. She can sell the bonds easily through an investment dealer. By holding the investments in a tax-free savings account, she avoids paying taxes on the income they earn.
